While the Hybrid Ram 500 range uses hybrid electric technology the Ram brand doesn’t plan to release a fully electric model until 2024 when the Ram 1500 EV comes to the market.
The Hybrid Ram 1500 was awarded the Green Truck of the Year award in 2019 for its performance in relation to capability, versatility, safety, value and style while not compromising on fuel economy and environmental awareness. In a country with many trucks and utes used both in rural and urban settings this is an exciting development for the electric vehicle industry in Aotearoa.
